Event technology
priced for the rest of us.
ConferenceTap exists because most conferences are not run by enterprise event teams. They are run by an association coordinator, a department administrator, or a marketing manager, with the same attendees and a tenth of the budget. We build the app they would buy if someone made one they could afford.

Who you are dealing with
ConferenceTap was founded by Seth Kramer, who is still the CEO and still the person whose email address is on every page of this site. When you request a demo, the request lands in his inbox. When you buy a paid plan, you get a designated customer success manager and 1:1 onboarding and training on top of that.
We are a small company with one product. That cuts both ways, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. You will not get a procurement portal or a 40-page security questionnaire response by return. You will get a straight answer from someone who knows your event, and you will get it from the same person next year.
One product. A conference app for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, with the organizer portal at app.conferencetap.com.
Two plans. One Event, or Unlimited Events for a calendar. Both include unlimited registrations, unlimited organizer seats, branding, and onboarding. How pricing works.
Public events. Events such as ARMTech 2025, the 2026 RNA Symposium, and the Solera Innovation Summit 2025 have public pages on our platform you can open right now.
Public documentation. Every organizer feature is written up in our knowledge base, so you can check what the product does before you talk to anyone.

What we believe about event apps
- The price should not scale with how many people show up. Unlimited registrations is the default, not a tier.
- The whole committee should be able to edit the schedule. Organizer seats are unlimited.
- Sponsors deserve a result they can measure, so booths capture leads you can export.
- Virtual sessions belong inside the app, with chat, Q&A, and polls, not on a third-party link where your branding ends.
- Fees should be printed. Ticketing is 3.5% plus Stripe's processing fee, and that is the only per-ticket line.
How we write about ourselves and others
Our comparison pages list competitors' published prices with the source and the date we checked. Where we could not verify something, the page says to ask the vendor. Our guides label every worked example as illustrative and cite the sources behind any number. If we get something wrong, email Seth and we will fix it and say so. Read the editorial policy.
Paperwork. Our privacy policy, data processing agreement, and terms are public. Send security questionnaires to seth@conferencetap.com.
