Conference app plans and pricing

One Event is for a single conference or gathering. Unlimited Events is for teams running an ongoing event calendar. We’ll discuss your event format and calendar when preparing your quote.

ConferenceTap’s published ticketing fee is 3.5%, plus Stripe processing fees. Ask us how the fees apply to your registration setup.

Nonprofit organizations can contact us to discuss a discount. Mention your organization when requesting pricing.

Both paid plans include 1:1 onboarding and training with a designated customer success manager. In practice that means a live working session where we build your event with you in the organizer portal, then training for whoever on your committee will edit the schedule, check people in, or run a session. Every organizer feature is also documented in our public knowledge base.

One Event plans start at $2,500 for a single conference, flat. Unlimited Events starts at $10,000 a year for your whole calendar. The exact figure depends on your event and whether you qualify for a nonprofit rate, so we send an exact number rather than a range you have to decode. The price does not go up with attendance, organizer seats, or features. Email your dates and expected attendance to seth@conferencetap.com or use the demo form, and you get a number back by email. Most event apps quote in the $3k to $10k+ range. We don't.

No. Both paid plans include unlimited registrations and unlimited organizer seats. The only per-unit charge is on paid tickets: 3.5% to ConferenceTap plus Stripe's processing fee.

Arithmetic on published rates: on a $200 ticket, ConferenceTap's 3.5% is $7.00. Stripe's published US rate for domestic cards is 2.9% plus $0.30, which is $6.10. You keep $186.90. Ticket revenue settles in your own Stripe account, because you register as a seller with Stripe when you create paid tickets. If you refund a ticket, our 3.5% is not returned, and Stripe keeps its processing fee on refunds as well. Stripe publishes its rates at stripe.com/pricing; we checked them on September 17, 2026.
