ConferenceTap publishes resources for people organizing conferences and professional events. We also sell event software. Where an article discusses our product, that commercial relationship should be clear.
Authors and review
Articles are published by ConferenceTap. We do not put a person's name on an article they have not confirmed writing or reviewing. Guides revised in September 2026 were rewritten to remove unsupported claims and add practical worksheets, and were reviewed for delivery details such as responsibilities, capacity, cash timing, and rehearsal fallbacks.
Examples and evidence
Worked examples use invented inputs and are labeled accordingly. They are not customer results or industry benchmarks. Product documentation is linked where it supports a specific statement. An account of firsthand use requires an identified contributor and evidence of what they did.
Dates and corrections
Publication dates preserve the imported article dates. An updated date indicates a substantive change to the article, not a design change or an automatic annual refresh. Dated archive articles may include details that need current verification.
