One plan for the whole calendar
There is no per-attendee fee, so a 40-person chapter dinner and a 2,000-person annual meeting sit on the same plan. Each event can run up to 72 hours, in person, virtual, or hybrid.
Chapters run their own events. Organizer logins are unlimited, so the program committee, chapter chairs, and volunteers each get one. A chapter chair signs in and builds the event under the same plan and branding.
Member pricing. Create member and non-member ticket types on the same registration page, and put the member ticket behind a promo code sent to the member list.
The quote is a number. Tell us how many events you ran last year and the annual meeting's attendance. Seth emails a price for the board packet. No sales sequence.
Ticket fees are published. Paid registrations carry 3.5% to ConferenceTap plus Stripe processing. Free tickets are free to issue.
Working with your AMS: CSV import and Zapier
Import your member roster from a CSV, put a member ticket type behind a promo code sent to the member list, and push registrations out through Zapier to whatever your association already runs. If your board expects a live sync with a specific membership system, tell us before the demo and we will walk through exactly how the roster and Zapier flow would work for you.
Making the case to the board
Boards ask what it costs per year and who answers when something breaks. The first is a single number by email. The second is Seth Kramer, founder and CEO, whose inbox receives your demo request, then a designated customer success manager who trains the committee 1:1. Does it check member IDs against our AMS?
No. Zapier and CSV attendee import are what exist. Member pricing works with a member ticket type and a promo code.
Can chapters run their own events without me?
Yes. Organizer logins are unlimited. A chapter chair signs in and builds the event under the same plan and branding.
Our current contract is not up yet. Is it worth talking now?
Yes. The quote is a number by email, so you can have it before the renewal date. A chapter can test the free trial first: up to 100 registrations, events up to 2 hours.
Do members need to install an app?
Nothing from an app store. Members open the event on a phone or laptop. ConferenceTap is a web app, so there is nothing to install.
