A nonprofit event app for galas, fundraisers, and sponsor tables
Sell gala tickets and sponsor tables, show sponsor logos on the registration page, and check guests in from volunteers' phones. One flat price per event, with a nonprofit discount on request.

Gala night, from the first ticket to the door
Seats, tables, sponsors, and check-in in one event, at one flat price with no per-attendee fee.
Seats, tables, and sponsorship tiers. Each is a ticket type with its own price, promo codes, and custom questions. Create a table ticket type, then add registration questions for guest names and meal choices.
Sponsors seen before the night. Sponsor logos appear on the registration page before a single ticket sells, then a profile, an expo booth, and lead capture inside the event.
The door. Give every volunteer an organizer login. They sign in on their own phone, scan the QR code on the guest's ticket, and move on. No rented scanners.
Ticket money goes to you. You register as the seller with Stripe, so ticket money settles in your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out on its own schedule. We do not hold your funds.
Guest communication. Scheduled emails, event-wide announcements, and direct messages.
What does a $200 ticket cost you?
With ConferenceTap: $7.00 to us (3.5%) and $6.10 to Stripe (2.9% + $0.30), so $186.90 reaches your Stripe account. With Eventbrite: a $9.19 service fee (3.7% + $1.79) plus $5.80 processing (2.9%), $14.99 in total. Arithmetic on published rates from conferencetap.com, stripe.com/pricing, and eventbrite.com/organizer/pricing, checked Sept 17, 2026.
The difference is $1.89 a ticket. What the plan buys is the rest of the night: sponsor pages, the program, check-in, and guest messaging, at one flat price with no per-attendee fee.
What sponsors get, and what they do not
Sponsors get their logo on the registration page, then a profile and an expo booth inside the event. Their leads export from the organizer portal afterwards. We do not do onsite badge scanning, and guests open the event in the browser on their phone, with a free account, rather than a native app. If a sponsor contract promises handheld badge scanning on a show floor, tell us before the demo so we can talk through how booth lead capture would replace it.

Questions development directors ask
Is there a nonprofit discount?
Yes, on request. Mention your organization when you request a demo or email Seth, and we will quote a nonprofit rate.
Can I sell a table of ten as one purchase?
Yes. Create a table ticket type with its own price, then add registration questions for guest names and meal choices. Sponsorship tiers work the same way.
Where does the ticket money go?
Into your own Stripe account. You register as the seller with Stripe, and Stripe pays out on its own schedule. We do not hold your funds.
What if the hotel Wi-Fi is bad?
Scanning needs a connection, so put a phone hotspot at the door rather than trusting hotel Wi-Fi.
Who am I dealing with?
Seth Kramer, founder and CEO. Demo requests go to his inbox. Paid plans add a designated customer success manager and 1:1 onboarding and training.
