Sponsor booths and lead capture your sponsors can measure

Sponsors pay for two things: attention and names. ConferenceTap gives each sponsor a profile attendees see across the event, a virtual expo booth where people ask for more, and a list of leads you can hand over when the event ends.

What a sponsor gets inside the event

Start with the part every sponsor asks about first: their logo. Sponsors appear on the registration page, so a bank or a law firm that bought a table is visible before a single ticket is sold, and again inside the event app. Tiers are yours to define; a ticket type can be a sponsor package or a table, sold from the same registration page as the tickets.

A sponsor logo on a slide gets glanced at. A sponsor inside the event app gets opened, read, and, when it goes well, contacted. Here is what an attendee sees.

A sponsor profile. Logo, description, and links, listed with the other sponsors in the event app. Sponsors also appear on the registration page, so they are visible before a single ticket is sold.

A virtual expo booth. A booth is the sponsor's own area in the event. It holds more than the profile: what the company does, what it is showing at this event, and a way for the attendee to ask for more.

Lead capture. When an attendee wants to hear from the sponsor, they leave their details in the booth. That is a lead. It is tied to a real person who chose to raise a hand, not a badge that happened to pass a scanner.

Packages that fit your format. You decide what each sponsorship level includes: a profile only, or a profile plus a booth. The app does not force one structure on you.

Event sponsor management from the organizer portal

You add and edit sponsors in the organizer portal at app.conferencetap.com, the same place you manage sessions and speakers. Unlimited organizers are included, so the person handling sponsors can have their own login.

Before the event. Add each sponsor with its logo and description, and set up a booth for the ones whose package includes it. Publish the sponsor list to the registration page as soon as you have signed the first one.

During the event. Booths are open for the whole event. A sponsor with a booth is one tap away from every session, so attendees can visit between talks instead of only during a scheduled expo hour.

After the event. Advanced analytics with data export are included in both paid plans. Export the leads and the event data from the portal, and give each sponsor its list along with numbers you can stand behind.

In-person expo halls. Upload a floor plan so attendees can find the physical table, and the booth in the app becomes the sponsor's page for anyone who wants to read more or leave details without waiting in a line.

What this is built for. Sponsors who want to be seen on the registration page and inside the app, and who want a lead list they can act on afterward. If your sponsors are asking for handheld badge scanners at every table on a large show floor, that is a different product at a different price; see our Bizzabo comparison.

Questions about sponsor booths

How do sponsors get their leads?

Leads and event data are exported from the organizer portal. You decide what each sponsor receives and when, so a top-tier sponsor can get its list the same afternoon and everyone gets the same format.

Do booths work for an in-person event?

Yes. The booth is virtual, so at an in-person event it acts as the sponsor's page in the app. Upload a floor plan and attendees can find the physical table, then leave their details in the booth if they do not want to stop and talk.

Where do sponsors appear?

On the registration page before the event, in the sponsor list inside the event app, and in their own expo booth if their package includes one.

Can we sell different sponsorship packages?

Yes. The app gives you two building blocks, a profile and a booth, and you decide which levels get which. Pricing and contracts with sponsors are yours to set.
